WELCOME

THANK YOU for visiting my web page!  I am honored to introduce myself and share how I may be of service to you.  I hope you find that I possess the qualifications you desire to help you achieve your real estate goals and to become your valued real estate agent/resource ongoing.

First & Foremost…

I am a caring human being who strives to provide five-star service!  You can expect me to work tirelessly on your behalf to earn your trust, to communicate with you in an effective and transparent way, and to coach you through your real estate venture (i.e. finding property, marketing, pricing, inspecting, negotiating, etc.) in a manner where you remain in the driver’s seat.

Real Estate Experience…

As a licensed realtor in the State of Louisiana since 2008, I have gained important insights/competence from millions of dollars in past real estate sales representing clients of all sides of the transaction—buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike—in various neighborhoods throughout the Greater New Orleans area.  The insights gained from multiple client viewpoints help me coach you with greater clarity, anticipate your needs, and position your real estate deal for success!

Over the years, I have successfully guided clients through a diverse array of transactions, from buying and selling vacant lots to million-dollar homes, from turnkey homes to renovation projects, and from single family homes and condominiums to multi-family homes.  I’ve worked with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and individuals navigating challenging life transitions such as divorce or inheritance disputes.  I’ve also assisted clients in intricate scenarios, including coordinating simultaneously selling their home to buy another, advising on whether to rent vs buy, and facilitating purchases of foreclosed properties, including navigating specialized programs like the HUD Good Neighbor Next Door initiative to buy houses for half the price.  Should your situation require specialized knowledge beyond my scope, I’m well-equipped to expand our team or provide referrals to ensure your needs are met comprehensively.  I invite you to consider me as a one-stop-shop for your real estate needs.
